How we operate reflects how we want the business to behave in a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable manner. Our people work within varying operationally environments and workplace conditions, and while each of our operating divisions communicate their behaviours and values in a way that reflects the environments in which they operate, as a Group, we have a set of corporate core values which shape our aspiration to be a safe, responsible, caring and sustainable business for our staff, customers and communities.
