Targets for 2009

Develop a programme of customer satisfaction measures 100% of In Scope Operations projects to be audited by the Compliance Team

To upgrade client satisfaction survey with the provision of an independent client engagement (ICE) facility.

Create Stakeholder matrix/toolkit for each Ford Bros Division

Retain certification to ISO 9001:2000 - and extend to ISO 9001:2008
