Contract Management

Much of the work undertaken by Ford Bros Civil Engineering is in the role of Principal Contractor as defined by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. Our contract management have the expertise and commitment to meet these regulations during both construction and post-construction phases of a contract.

The division also carries out work as a partner for many of the national civil engineering contractors and property developers. It is this ability to offer expertise and flexibility coupled with a reputation for handing over a quality product that results in a high percentage of repeat business from our clients and in some cases, the only ‘port of call’ for civil engineering and groundwork projects. Our reputation for delivering on even the most complex of projects for major clients has been built on trust and the ability to protect our client’s reputation.
